College

Well...everything is slowly starting to unfold, and is finally starting to make sense to me. The whole "college" thing has been a hard topic lately...just because I have been confused on where to go, and how I am going to pay for everything, and so on and so forth...

but a lot of factors have been pointing me in a certain direction, so I think I will probably end up going to Snow College for two years, to get my associate degree, and then I will be transferring to Utah State and I will get my bachelors degree there. :)

Snow College is offering to pay for my full tuition (not including books and other fees like that) so that's really nice! And Utah State is where I want to end up going to school eventually, just because that school just seems right for me. :) I just don't think I am ready to go there yet...So this will be like killing two birds with one stone (not a very pleasant expression if you ask me...but...if the shoe fits... :) )

Yeah, but everything seems to be laying itself out for me, so I am just going to continue to go with the flow. :)

So wish me luck!

okay, Okay, OKAY!!!!

Well...I have obviously not written on my blog in like FOREVER!!!! But I promise I will change! Anyway, so...a lot has happened.
Here is basic rundown of the last several months:

-The play went really well, I had tons of fun!!!

-Junior year finished (Thank heavens!) and Summer Began!!!!

-I finally had to approach the territory of the ominous SCHOLARSHIPS issue. I have been doing a lot of stuff with THAT lately. :)

-I had lots of fun during the summer going to Girls Camp, Youth Conference (way fun!), EFY with Sammy (awesomely amazing!) (sadly this was my last year :*( ),

and our AWESOME, SUPER COOL, ACTION PACKED, OVERFLOWING WITH FUN: FAMILY REUNION!!!! WHOOT! WHOOT! Yeah that was way fun!

-and then...*ominous music* School Started!!!! *DA!* *Da!* *da!*

Yeah...well there it is...
(I am also in Yearbook, so here are some pics. of my school and kids)

football game!!!

Some friends!!!

-School is not so bad...I just dislike a couple of my classes, like my health and p.e. classes. They are not my favorite subjects. It's mostly because of the teachers though.

-Well the classes I am enjoying are:

-Adult Roles and Financial Literacy (fun!)
-Painting and Drawing (I love this class and I am getting really good!)
-Journalism (We learn about very interesting things, and it's very hands on)
-Choir (WAY FUN! We have about 100 kids in there!)

I really like those classes though, and they help make my schedule easier.

Well...I wish I could say that being a Senior came with tons of perks and I can sleep through all my classes while keeping a 4.0 but as you probably already know it's REALLY HARD! Not as much because of the classes, but this year is the turning point for me to go to a good college, and really make a life for myself.

It has been kind of hard for me lately because I have been getting so overwhelmed by all of the things I need to accomplish, but I know I will get it all done, go to the college of my dreams, and do it all while still having fun!

I am really considering USU right now, it really seems like a good college, and I am thinking about UVU, it seems like a good college too!
But the main issue right now is MONEY!!!!

I have to try and get as many scholarships as possible, and work my booty off as much as I can to make money, because me AND Stephen will both be going to college at the same time!!!! So my parents have a lot on their hands right now.

Well...I still have tons of homework to do...so...I will write more later, because you KNOW I have more to say! :)

Yeah...so a lot has happened lately so I have not been able to write on my blog, but I will try to every Sunday now...and we'll see how that works out...

I just recently got a hair cut and this picture kind of shows it...I was giving my dad a massage, just so you know, I wasn't actually trying to kill him...*wink* *wink*, *nudge* *nudge* ;D

Our family had a really fun Valentines day and we were really lucky because we got to spend it with our dad instead of him being at work, so it was really nice. We also watched the movie I am holding, called Somewhere in Time. It was really good/cute/sad. I liked it a lot though.

...just another picture...

if you look on the right of our house you can see the part where the government owns...anyway before it looked really bad because of all of the garbage/weeds/rocks, so we got it cleaned, and put seeds in for grass, so it's started to grow and it looks a lot better now.
I think this picture is so funny...this is a picture of our swimming pool with water and ice on top of it, if you look in the middle of the pool you can see a white thing. Well, that white thing is a stuffed animal that Baxter got a hold of, and totally DESTROYED it! Well he brought it out to our backyard, and when the swimming pool was frozen and covered in snow he dragged it out to the middle and left it there, but it eventually got frozen onto our swimming pool, so we the snow all melts we will have a disgusting water logged bunny on top of our swimming pool. Gross huh?
But, that basically has been the gist of my weekend. I have also been working hard in school, and going to play practice every week, but yeah...that's pretty much it.

Well...this is the L-O-V-E-L-Y picture of me
and my beloved sisters...when we are actually
getting along. All of us have been changing a lot
this year...and my little sisters are starting to
really grow up and become young women. We
are all now teenagers...so you can imagine our
parent's delight. But we get along a bit more
than we used to.
For those of you who don't know a little while
ago this corner of my room was flooded...yeah...
So...we finally had Uncle Danny fix up my wall,
but as you can see it is STILL not painted...and
it will probably stay this way for another year...

School has been VERY hard this year, with AP
American History, and other UNDESIREABLE
classes I naively signed up for...but there is
one thing I am excited for, and it is for the play I
am in Guys and Dolls. I am excited to make some
new friends, and I am really excited to be a part of
Bonneville's AMAZING productions. It will be a lot
of hard work, but hey...if I can survive AP history
I can survive anything!
Last semester I was in Commercial
Art and I drew this drawing of her
(I have no idea WHO she is, some
movie star or something or other)
anyway, I think I did a really good job
on it, so I am going to gloat by putting
it on here. Jk.
